Return
Policy
Customers wishing to return merchandise must first email us at
customer
service and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. RA numbers
are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, and must be obtained
within 30 days of ship date.
Products that have been used and are not defective cannot be returned.
Returns will be handled according to the following schedule:
Defective Upon Shipment --- Credit for cost of
item(s) or replacement
Refused Delivery --- Credit for cost of item(s)
minus a restocking fee of 15% or $5 whichever is greater.
Accepted Delivery --- Credit for cost of item(s)
minus 15% to 100% restocking fee, depending on the condition of
the item(s).
Damaged, Missing Parts --- Item must be returned
to manufacturer.
Defective products are eligible for credit or replacement within
30 days of customer invoice date.
Replacements will be shipped upon receipt of defective merchandise
via ground shipment at our expense, unless customer requests an
upgrade of shipping at their expense.
Return shipping on defective merchandise may be reimbursed up to
the original shipping cost of the item.
Advance replacements are available, but must be paid for at the
time replacement ships.
Packages must have a Return Authorization (RA) number written visibly
on shipping box with a brief description of the product defect inside.
All items must be returned in the original packaging. Please email
us at CustomerService@HardwareInnovation.com
for the Return Authorization (RA) number.
All returns should be sent prepaid shipping to 9369 Sheridian St
#804 Pembrook Pines Florida 33024.
All items must be returned in the original packaging. HardwareInnovation.com
is not responsible for any item not received at its warehouse.
Allow 10-14 business days for processing returns.
WARRANTY INFORMATION:
HardwareInnovation.com, DOES NOT HANDLE REPAIRS. PLEASE CONTACT
MANUFACTURER FOR REPAIRS.
All warranties for tools purchased through HardwareInnovation.com,
are the responsibility of the respective manufacturers. All issues,
claims and questions concerning product warranties should be submitted
directly to the manufacturers. |
